Orders ship between 2-3 business days (M-F) of placing the order. A tracking number is emailed upon shipping.

Custom Fragrance Adjustments
Not quite what you imagined? We're here to help perfect your scent.
Within 14 days of receiving your custom fragrance, we'll work with you to adjust the formulation until it's exactly right.
Simply reach out to our fragrance team with specific feedback about what isn't working for you.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
Each fragrance is uniquely crafted for you using pristine ingredients.
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot resell or reuse custom fragrances.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product integrity.
Getting Started with Adjustments
Option 1: Visit the Studio
Bring both your original and current bottles to the studio within 14 days of receiving your order. Adjustments are completed on the spot and typically take just a few minutes.

Option 2: Mail-In Adjustment
If you’re unable to visit, you may ship your fragrance back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
Your reordered bottle
Your original scent if available (helpful for the most precise match)
