About Expressive Aromas

Founder and owner of Expressive Aromas- custom perfume experience, Bharvi Soni is an Indian-born American with a Master's in Chemistry and a passion for connecting nature's beauty to science's ingenuity. Bharvi moved to Illinois in her early twenties to be with her husband, then to Michigan, where she received her education. After graduating with her Master's, Bharvi was on a fast-growing career path in the pharmaceutical industry with an underlying passion for botanical supplements.

At the start of the COVID pandemic, Bharvi was on maternity leave with her newborn. She quickly realized that she wanted a creative outlet and escape for herself and others during the stress of quarantine life. With her pharmacy background and love for botanicals, Bharvi created Expressive Aromas. Her primary goal in the company is to spread joy and empower others with their creation of a personalized, signature scent.

Today, she continues to create an environment for others to find their escape and rediscover the wonderful world of scents. She hopes to improve how fragrances are sourced, utilized, and personalized worldwide. Bharvi currently lives in Texas and has for over a decade. She has two beautiful children and works every day to provide them with a happy and healthy life.
